When we started Swan Chocolates® nine years ago, our focus was on
creating the best chocolate confections imaginable. But it wasn't long
before daily requests came to expand our selection to include toffee
and brittle. So we got to work…
It takes considerable time to test and tweak our recipes, especially
when using only natural ingredients and time-tested techniques. To be
honest, these took longer to fine tune than even we expected. But the
result is melt-in-your-mouth goodness.
Here is our first creation. We hope you enjoy.
