Important Chocolate Fountain Rental Information

Our chocolate fountains are very popular, and advance reservations are required. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.

Your chosen date will be tentatively held for five (5) days until a $250.00 deposit and signed contract are received. The date will be finalized upon receipt of initial deposit and signed contract. Should another party request your event date, and your 5-day tentative reservation has expired, as a courtesy Swan Chocolates, LLC will offer you 24 hours to send payment before we will schedule an alternate event.

• $250 due at time of confirmation date
• Balance due 14 days prior to event date
• Payment methods accepted: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
