Shipping Information
We ship Swan Chocolates to all 50 states. Your order will shipped within 2 business days of receipt, unless otherwise requested. We ship via Airborne Express and UPS, and transit times vary depending on final destination. For quality control reasons, deliveries are made only on weekdays. Standard delivery takes 2-7 business days. Faster delivery options are available.

Shipping charges are per recipient.
Shipping Deadlines
All orders received before 2PM (EST) will be processed that same day. Weekend orders and orders placed after 2PM (EST) will ship the next business day.
Special Handling During Warmer Months
Swan Chocolates are perishable, and we take extra care to ensure your chocolates arrive in pristine condition. During warm weather months, June 1 to September 1, our shipping rates and methods vary:
We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only — to prevent chocolates from sitting in a hub over the weekend. Orders received after 2pm (EST) Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
We ship 2nd Day or Overnight. There is an additional charge of $10 (2nd Day) and $20 (Overnight) added to your standard shipping costs.
We also take extra precautions and use special gel ice packs to keep your chocolates fresh. A $3 charge will be added to these orders for the special packaging.
We may choose not to ship an order over the weekend to ensure perfect condition upon receipt.
Restrictions
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.
Sales Tax
We DO NOT charge local or state sales tax on your orders.
Returns
We guarantee that you'll be completely satisfied with your purchase of Swan Chocolates. If for any reason you are not, simply return your order and we will send you a refund or replacement.
